Hi There!
Have you heard about The Foundry's resident referral program?

If you haven't, here is the breakdown:
- When you refer a friend to our community and they move in, you'll receive a $200 rent concession after they've been part of our community for 60 days. 

• Refer a friend who is looking for a new home
• Your friend lists your name when applying
• Your referral must sign a 12-month lease
• Once your referral has been in good standing for 60 days, you'll receive a $200 rent concession

*Referral must be a new resident with no prior application or residency at the community. Referral bonus is issued after the referred resident has lived at the property for 60 consecutive days and is in good standing. Rent credit will be applied to the referring resident's account. Management reserves the right to modify or end this program at any time.
